Capital of Texas Aerial Championships

Capital of Texas Aerial Championships (COTAC) is proud to announce their fifth annual Pole and Aerial Competition held on August 25th and 26th, 2017. The competition will feature contestants from as far away as Japan and as close as Austin.

The Capital of Texas Aerial Championships will showcase world-renowned Pole & Aerial artists performing in downtown Austin, TX at the Palmer Events Center.

The competitors will be split into six categories: pole, silks, lyra, hammock, trapeze, and open aerial with seven different divisions to include professional, semi-pro, amateur, novice, partners, masters and artistic.

Artists in the aerial division will compete on August 25th and will include silks, lyra, hammock, trapeze, and open aerials, with the competition on August 26th solely devoted to pole artists.

Each night will be concluded with an awards ceremony to announce each categories’ winners. Vendors will be present with the latest pole and aerial equipment and accessories.

Guests seeking accommodations can contact the Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB).

Tickets will be available soon, and for more information, visit http://www.capitaloftx.com/.
